Thank you for your interest in staying with the Harvard Hotels during Harvard University's Commencement week. Please fill out this reservation request form in its entirety. When we receive your request form we will date and file it. In order to assure fairness and accuracy we will enter the reservations in our system on a first come first serve basis 12 months prior to Commencement. At that time we will make the actual reservations until both hotels are sold out. If you do receive a room you will be notified by mail with your confirmation number and payment requirements. The remaining requests will stay on file in the event of any cancellations.

We will make every possible effort to accommodate your request; however demand is high for hotel reservations in the Harvard Square area during this time. This form is just a request and does not constitute a valid reservation.
